Nonverbal Communication Analysis # 2431:
Wendi Deng & Rupert Murdoch
Who was More Dominant? Body Language Signals
(Video, Photos)

She didn't acquire the nickname "Tiger Wife" for having a beta personality. And who can forget Wendi Deng protecting her husband Rupert Murdoch from a pie thrower (see video below) during his testimony before the House of Commons Select Committee in the Summer of 2011?

Rupert Murdoch and his third Wife, Wendi Deng have file for divorce siting "irreconcilable differences". In each of the two images included here, Wendi's hand is holding Rupert's - and she is on top. During hand holding when walking the equivalent dominant body language position is with the hand in front. Those who are on top or in front during this common affection/support display are the dominant or alphas within the relationship - while the person with their hand in the back or on the bottom is a nonverbal signal of the relative beta personality.

Tiger Wife. Tiger ex-wife.

What other classic body language do you see in the video?
