Nonverbal Communication Analysis No. 2786: Jewish Community Center Shooter - Frazier Glenn Cross, Jr - A Very Common Body Language Display of "Hate Crimes", Mass Shootings and Terrorism (VIDEO, PHOTO)

The white-supremacist, Frazier Glenn Cross Jr (aka F. Glenn Miller) is show in the above image just prior to his first court appearance today for the alleged murder of three people at two different Jewish Centers in suburban Kansas City, Kansas on 13 April 2014.

The primary emotion he is expressing on his face at the moment of this image is that of disgust - although there could be a component of contempt as well - which is not fully discernible due to the angle of the photo.

Although every human being expresses disgust and contempt occasionally, those who perpetrate hate crimes, mass-shootings, and terrorism often display either or both of these facial expressions chronically. These body language/facial expression signals are thus extremely useful in threat assessment.

If one looks back at a 2006 interview (below) we can see prolonged disgust - and very unfortunately a deadly harbinger.
