President Trump immediately retracts his jaw as he projects his lips forward along with a tightened "mustache area" - signaling his emotion of Disgust. He also displayed a prolonged blink.
He begins to turn his head to his left. From this angle, we can see The President's jaw retraction and his lips/mustache area projection are becoming more pronounced.
His head and neck continue to quickly rotate around (clockwise from his point-of-view) while keeping his eyelids mostly closed.
President Trump continues his head rotation while once again closing his eyelids in a prolonged blink display.
The tilting of his head and neck backward projects Contempt.
His long-duration blinking is a distancing phenomenon - signaling Donald Trump's feelings of Impatient Dismissal for Ms. Ali Vitali - and her question.
He completes his head rotation with a mild classic (and common) display of Contempt centered on his left mid-facial region.
Summary: Donald Trump displays a nonverbal cluster of head-rotation (head-whipping) coupled with prolonged eyelid closure. This is very similar to the emotions transmitted during an "eye roll" - indicating impatient dismissal and smugness.
The President augments this dissing behavior with his added feelings of both disgust and contempt.
