You don't need to know the details behind the beef between Kanye West and Wiz Khalifa to read Kanye's body language. Two days ago a paparazzi confronted him about the tension between the two musicians and Mr. Kim Kardashian displayed several highly characteristic nonverbal signals. What follows is a partial analysis.

A near straight-on view of a "Jaw Jut" is exampled in this moment - in this cluster context highly indicative of Anger.

A fraction of a second later West's head is slightly oblique and tilted down allowing a different view of Kanye's jaw jut.

His anger momentarily ebbs and we can see in profile that Kanye West does not have an under-bite (nor a jaw jut in this instant).
A few seconds later, Mr. West apologizes to the paparazzi and mentions a "... after that, a show of respect to you and your family ..." - and yet simultaneously he displays a very clear expression of contempt.
Whenever a person's verbal language and body language are in disagreement - it's their body language which tells the truth.
