You don't need to see Dale Junior's eyes to know he is considering alternatives here. When you see this particular mouth configuration, you can be sure that the person is openly and honestly considering between alternatives. If you watch people perusing their menus in any restaurant, while not the only facial sign of consideration (There are others which signal more subterfuge and clandestine considerations), this is a common one you'll see. In personal life, as well as in the business, legal, political worlds, it is no different. It is a valuable adjunct in the assessment of sincerity too.
